Diesel Genie started as one shop's internal system. A truck repair shop that also runs its own fleet needed work orders, invoicing, and parts tracking that just worked — without paying enterprise prices for features built for 40-bay dealerships.
Every screen has been used in anger: real invoices, real fleet checks arriving at 5pm on Friday, real techs who don't have time to fight a computer. If a feature slowed the shop down, it got rebuilt until it didn't.
Now we're opening it up to a small group of shops that want the same thing: software that works the way a shop actually runs.
